SymWest 2026 Meeting Info
SymWest 2026 will be held at Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek in Salt Lake City, UT.
Dates: May 6 – May 8, 2026. Meetings/registration start at 8:00 AM on the 6th and wrap up at noon on the 8th.
Location: Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek – Located in downtown Salt Lake City, the Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek is surrounded by great food, shops, and nightlife, with Temple Square and the Salt Palace just a quick stroll away. Modern comfort, mountain views, and downtown energy all in one spot.
Hotel: A block of rooms has been reserved at Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek. Reservations can be made online by clicking here, or by calling the reservation line at 1-800-228-9290. Make sure to use the group booking code of SW1 if you call to make a reservation. If you would like to extend your stay before or after the conference, make sure to call the reservation line and mention you are part of the SymWest group.
Vendor Information
The tabletop display includes a 6 ft. table with two chairs and power. Tabletop displays must fit on a standard six-foot table. Tabletop displays should not include any large floor supported displays or heavy equipment. Tables are assigned. More information to come in late April.
- Setup: Setup can begin at 9am on Wednesday, May 6th. The meeting will begin at 9:00 AM, however there is not dedicated Vendor Expo time until 10:45 AM. Vendors are allowed to attend meeting sessions.
- Breakdown: Breakdown can be done anytime on Friday, May 8th after 11:00 AM.
- Agenda: Vendors are encouraged to give a quick (30 seconds – 1 minute) introduction at the 10:15 AM session on Wednesday, May 6th.
