SymWest 2024 Meeting Info
SymWest 2024 will be held at Marriott Tacoma Downtown in Tacoma, WA.
Dates: May 15 – May 17, 2024. Meetings/registration start at 8:00 AM on the 15th and wrap up at noon on the 17th.
Location: Marriott Tacoma Downtown – The four-star hotel in Downtown Tacoma, WA, offers 22 stories comfortable accommodations with contemporary décor and ultramodern on-site amenities. Select accommodations enjoy breathtaking views of the Tacoma Waterfront and Mount Rainier.
Hotel: A block of rooms has been reserved at The Marriott Tacoma Downtown. Room rates are $189.00 per night. More information to come in Spring 2024.
Vendor Information
Tabletop display includes a 6 ft. table with be available. Tabletop displays must fit on a standard six-foot table. Tabletop displays should not include any large floor supported displays or heavy equipment. Tables are assigned. More information to come in Spring 2024.
- Setup: Setup can begin at 9am on Wednesday, May 15th. The meeting will begin at 9:00 AM, however there is not dedicated Vendor Expo time until 10:45 AM. Vendors are allowed to attend meeting sessions.
- Breakdown: Breakdown can be done anytime on Friday, May 17th after 11:00 AM.
- Agenda: Vendors are encouraged to give a quick (30 seconds – 1 minute) introduction at the 10:15 AM session on Wednesday, May 15th.
