SymWest 2025 Meeting Info

SymWest 2025 will be held at Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront in Portland, OR.

Dates: May 7 – May 9, 2025. Meetings/registration start at 8:00 AM on the 7th and wrap up at noon on the 9th.  

Location: Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront – With stunning views of downtown Portland’s Hawthorn Bridge, the bike friendly, family-friendly hotel is secluded from the downtown bustle but close to everything, including more than 60 breweries. Easy access to light rail transit from nearby Morrison Light Rail Station.

Hotel:  A block of rooms has been reserved at Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront. Room rates are $174.00 per night + tax. More information to come in Spring 2025.

Vendor Information

Tabletop display includes a 6 ft. table with be available. Tabletop displays must fit on a standard six-foot table. Tabletop displays should not include any large floor supported displays or heavy equipment. Tables are assigned. More information to come in Spring 2024.

• Setup:  Setup can begin at 9am on Wednesday, May 7^th.   The meeting will begin at 9:00 AM, however there is not dedicated Vendor Expo time until 10:45 AM.   Vendors are allowed to attend meeting sessions. 
• Breakdown:  Breakdown can be done anytime on Friday, May 9^th after 11:00 AM. 
• Agenda:  Vendors are encouraged to give a quick (30 seconds – 1 minute) introduction at the 10:15 AM session on Wednesday, May 7^th.
